We are relocating from Massachusetts and had very specific requirements for our new home in the Omaha area. We also had very little time in which to fly out to examine the few houses available which met our needs and desires. Fortunately, we have family in the area, so once we established a benchmark ( a house that sold before we could make our offer), Warren worked with our family to find the best possible home for us, and helped to make the purchase go as smoothly as possible. Since closing, Warren has continued to monitor the property pending our arrival, and has helped with every issue that has arisen.
