Julie was everything I needed. Quick, efficient and took charge of selling my condo. Within 4 days she found a buyer. Plus, it took Julie less than 1 week to meet with me, line up stager and photographer. Most importantly Julie understood the Condo "lingo", including HOA, dues related, management forms needed etc. I highly recommend Julie. P.S. Beginning to end, all was finished in 20 days!

We couldn't had a better experience buying our home! As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect but, Julie was with us every step of the way. She explained everything in great depth and answered any questions or concerns we may have had. Especially the parts concerning the VA Home Loan. So, if there are any active duty or veterans looking to purchase or sell their home, I can't think of anyone better to help you with that process. Selling our first home that Julie Shafer sold to us (13 years ago) was a hard enough decision to make. We loved our home and started our family there. You would have thought it would have been daunting. Not so with Julie Shafer. She made everything so easy from beginning to end! Her guidance through every stage of helping from getting our home ready with staging and suggestions to negotiating and presenting all offers.
