Warren always worked hard to make sure my entire home selling/buying experience was as seamless as possible. He answered my phone calls promptly and was there to answer my many questions. He also assisted me in hiring trusted inspectors and contractors, which I really appreciated. My particular situation was more complicated because I was both selling and buying a house, simultaneously. This doubled the questions and required a lot of coordinating of dates, which Warren handled patiently and successfully. You can tell Warren cares about his clients because of the individualized service he provides. His number one goal is to get you in the house you love and he has done that for me. Thanks Warren! "Our first house buying experience couldn't have been better. Initially it seemed like a daunting endeavor; neither of us had any experience in this area and had little idea on where to start. We met Warren Wood at an open house in a neighborhood we were interested in, and we continued to work with him throughout the process. He was very accommodating and flexible to our schedules and was always available when we had questions, last minute items, etc. When we found "the one", Warren was quick to work and help us negotiate with the seller to secure our purchase. He helped us navigate the paperwork and process with the lender, and really made everything seem easy.
