Amanda was quickly able to gather our requirements of what we were looking for in a house, and update us with emails and showings on the market. I truly believe it was her, knowing what we wanted, which brought us to the house we are living in today. We are absolutely thrilled with our house, and can't imagine living in anything else. Her negotiating skills were excellent. The sellers were tough to negotiate, but she walked us through the negotiating process, answered all of our questions, gave us her honest opinion on the properties, worked around our schedules to look at houses (Early morning, during lunch, after work), and went above and beyond our expectations. I'm never using another Realtor!!!

Julie Shafer

Moving is never easy. Packing up your life and getting it to your new home should be the only thing you worry about. Sometimes the unforseen happens and when it does you depend on your realtor to get you over any hurdles that may appear. Saying that Julie moved heaven and earth to get us into our new home is an understatement. She quelled any fears we had that our home would sell and worked all hours to make sure we knew what was happening. It's that level of service that not only made me trust Julie more but really put into perspective what it means to have a great realtor. My family was fortunate to have Julie. We celebrated the holidays in our beautiful new home thanks to Julie's tireless work.

I used Amy Lindsay to sell my townhome in Omaha she did an amazing job. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see if I should "sell by owner" in a hot real estate market. I decided it would be best to hire a real estate specialist who understood how to move a townhome in Omaha. I spoke with Amy and then met with her at my townhome. She spent a long time answering my questions and provided me with objective data regarding how to list and price my home, as well as providing comps on similar homes in my area. She provided staging tips and had professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Once I saw the pictures, I was blown away. She worked with me to get the townhouse on the market quickly and held an open house within 48 hours of placing it on the market. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and I had a top dollar offer within days.

Amanda was such a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail helped us see things we wouldn't have otherwise seen. She was very available to show homes, sometimes on a very short notice. Amanda represented us, as buyers, better than any realtor we have ever worked with. She coached us along in the negotiation process and we settled at a price that we were happy with. I will work with her again in the future!

Amy Lindsay

Amy Lindsay is flat out a great real estate agent. She is calm, efficient, knowledgeable, and gets things done, often in the same day as she was asked. She helped me decide what projects were necessary to be done to get my house sold and what I could let go. She worked with me to determine a fair price for my house and then she got it and more. She kept the process moving, and assisted me with hiring and negotiating with contractors, whose work was necessary to close the deal. You will not be sorry if you hire Amy Lindsay to sell or purchase a home.

Amanda has helped me to buy 3 investment properties. What impresses me most about Amanda is her knowledge of the local market and her reliability. She has been able to spot properties that were underpriced as well as steer me clear of potential pitfalls. Amanda was also able to find a buyer for some undeveloped land that I had owned. Within 2 months she found a buyer for my parcel that had gone years without any buyer interest.

Amanda is very meticulous and combed over every home we went in. As first time home-buyers, she educated us on important things to look for and, after getting to know our situation, offered honest opinions on what she thought would be good for us. She also helped us get creative with our offers to be competitive as we were not comfortable being overly aggressive while up against crazy bids (often no inspection/appraisal and cash). When we finally found our home, she helped us negotiate a great deal and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Her dedication to her work and willingness to meet at a moments notice makes her an easy referral to anyone looking to buy a new home.
