If we had to do it again, we would pick Amy every time. She was thorough in coordinating walkthroughs (including spur of the moment walkthroughs) and displayed her level of knowledge with each property we looked at. She voiced any concerns she had regarding a property, as well as listened to our concerns and talked us through those. We landed on the perfect house thanks to Amy. I can't recommend her enough!

Amanda is very meticulous and combed over every home we went in. As first time home-buyers, she educated us on important things to look for and, after getting to know our situation, offered honest opinions on what she thought would be good for us. She also helped us get creative with our offers to be competitive as we were not comfortable being overly aggressive while up against crazy bids (often no inspection/appraisal and cash). When we finally found our home, she helped us negotiate a great deal and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Her dedication to her work and willingness to meet at a moments notice makes her an easy referral to anyone looking to buy a new home.

We couldn't had a better experience buying our home! As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect but, Julie was with us every step of the way. She explained everything in great depth and answered any questions or concerns we may have had. Especially the parts concerning the VA Home Loan. So, if there are any active duty or veterans looking to purchase or sell their home, I can't think of anyone better to help you with that process.
