She has worked for top companies such as Coldwell Banker, Innovative Real Estate, the Bernardi Group and Ninja Selling. Clara’s education includes a BA in English and Communications from the University of San Diego, certifications with Integrity Selling, Ninja Coaching and Selling and Tony Robbins and she received their MA in Communications and Professional studies from the University of Denver with a specialized MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Leadership.

Main Goal: This session will help participants identify how to create habits and give them strategies to make the habits stick. They will work to create the necessary disciplines to increase productivity and serve at a higher level.

CHAD CURRY

Managing Director, National Association of REALTORS®️ Center for REALTOR®️Technology

Chad investigates emerging technologies, educates NAR members and the public through presentations, webinars, blogs and podcasts, and manages the development of products for use by members. He’s presented to REALTORS®️ on the national, state and local levels. Chad is also a Board Member of the Real Estate Standards Organization, where he works to streamline real estate transaction technology. Currently, Chad's work is focused on research and development of smart home devices, renewable energy, cybersecurity, urban agriculture and artificial intelligence. Specifically, he and his team are investigating how these trends will impact the real estate industry and benefit members. They've set up CRTLabs, focused on testing and developing devices for the home to help improve quality of life.  He is a member of the Internet of Things Council and is part of the Research Workgroup. Chad graduated from University of Iowa and currently lives in Chicago with his family.

Angelica Olmsted has over five years of experience in project management and training, including system knowledge of all booj tools and technology. She is a Colorado State University graduate with degrees in Marketing and Management. After graduation, Angelica moved to moved to Morocco with the Peace Corps as a Rural Health Volunteer. Following her stint in the Peace Corps she started as a Project Manager at booj before coming the Director of Project Management. Today, Angelica leads the training team at booj and travels the country teaching technology to the Enterprise Network members.

Assistant Professor, Doctoral Program in Interdisciplinary Leadership, Creighton University

As a member of the Association of Leadership Educators, Leah teaches and advises students in leadership theory, research methodology, and policy reform.  Leah conducts research and presents to local and national audiences in the areas of millennial leadership and generational interactions and communication in the workplace, and legal decision making. She is also actively involved in the Omaha community through several nonprofit organizations, including as President of the Nebraska Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to improving the criminal justice system through education and reform. Leah holds a B.A. in Psychology form Creighton University, a Master of Legal Studies degree from University of Nebraska College of Law and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
