Hi! My name is Amanda Iwansky, and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the states of Iowa and Nebraska. I started my real estate career in Okoboji, Iowa, selling vacation homes and have been in real estate since 2011. It is my commitment to strive to make each real estate transaction an enjoyable and professional experience. Above all else, I believe in customer service. Every individual I work with deserves great communication, my full commitment, and loyalty. I pride myself in being honest, hard working, ambitious, extremely responsive and always work in the best interests of my clients.
Before pursuing real estate, I attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha, and graduated with 3 Business degrees: Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Business Management, and Human Resources Management – magna cum laude. During my time at UNO, I was a four-year member of the UNO Women’s Soccer team and we went on to become the 2005 Division II National Champions. I also spent a year as a member of the UNO Women’s Volleyball team.
I am currently the secretary of a local non-profit, Memories for Kids. The mission of this non-profit is to create lifelong memories for children who have a parent with stage IV cancer. I also invest my time as a member of the Kicks For a Cure 'Friends of Kick for a Cure Group'. The mission of this group is to raise awareness and funds in support of local cancer research at Creighton University Hereditary Cancer Center, UNMC Fred, and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center for the treatment and prevention of cancer, while also promoting active, healthy lifestyles.
When I am not selling homes, I really enjoy the time I get to spend snowboarding in the winter and playing sand volleyball in the summer!
I would love the opportunity to help you with any of your home buying and selling needs. Please feel free to contact me anytime!
